Hello Peeps!
Remember to get into groups to do you SIP project for guides and your emergency call card also! :D

For the SIP,
get into either groups of 4 to 6 and then submit a proposal on week 8, wednesday. The place where you are going to get the 30hours, must be a non profit organissation example: SPCA, NKF, Salvation Army etc. As some of your only has 3 ppl in your group, the main groups please take the initiative to join the subgroups. Thanks! Minimum is 4 in a group not 3! :D

For the emergency call card include:

Your name
Your NRIC
Your house address
Your home number and handphone number
Your father's and mother's name and contact numbers
3rd Party [Closest guardian to you] and contact number
Nearest Hospital from your house and the number for the hospital
Nearest Police post from your house and the number for the police post
Water and Electricity Mains' number
Number for the ambulance and fire

The size of the card should be in a card size! :D The deadline for the call card is on week 7, wednesday.

HELLO :D
im quite bored now and i dont want to do work so...
anw madeline made me come here to post then so haha tadaaahhh. [nth grand abt it, really.]
i feel like i super long nvr go for guides liaoooo. D: damn sad. ):
oh goshhh everyone's so busy nowadays right? term 3 liao, jiayouus!!
i feel guilty abt not mugging tho ;O
haha anw when's the last post? 23rd july. now's the 30th. so i guess the blog is starting to die? cos no one really updates. :/
oh gosh i donno why i feel so dead. D:
but hey do liven up during guides! there's been complaints O: complaining that we no initiative, complaining that we're actually complaining too. oh and complaining has never been a good thing, has it?? :/

haiiiz but we have heard this so many times but apparently, its not going into our heads. then how.
??? *blink blink*
just to let you guys know, our seniors are trying hard to help us ye know. but we wont listen. even if we do, we wont budge. if it were my parents, they'll be having their canes out. and the thing is, our seniors dont have canes and they're not allowed to whack us so... you know, just make their lives easier??
OH GOSH i know this wont work anw and wth am i doin..
erm erm i really have nth else much to say so... heh can just pretend i never posted -.-

Yay! We finally lit up a fire on our own in our patrols with seniors supervision other than the Pre-camp and camp right? Haha! We did great though must continue to jiayouu and keep this blog alive! :D jiayouu and stay enthu peeps!
By staying enthu and bonded, anything can happen! Remember we are squad mates must jiayouu and move on, bond as squad! :D

Remember the logbook we were told to do the previous week or something? It is due on te 23/7, Friday. Please remember to complete it and then email to snggs1@hotmail.com. And if you need any extention please remember to sms elizabeth 3 days before the deadline! Her phone number has been given to us.

If you all have lost the paper that you copied the information in here is some of the guidelines that they have given us.

Research on 3 diseases and state

its causes of the disease
how to prevent it
the cures
the symptoms
the name of the disease

Not only that, please remember to include your

name
patrol
company
content page
bibliography [eg. which website/book you got your information from etc.]
page numbers

When emailling the subject of the email should be your name, level, patrol and the title of your logbook. For example, Mary Tan (Sec 3), Mynah, Stress Management Logbook. [This example can be found on the guides blog, information tab]

Hey REDDIES!:)

Yesterday, we had campfire song session and we were really soft! I mean... I noe that many of you tried really hard and I really appreciate that:) But there were really quiet ones and don't yall realise that the standard of guides is dropping like... DRASTICALLY? The seniors are really dissappointed and worried... Besides, look at st johns and npcc! They are like so strict and they have so much pt! to them, guides is just a slacking uniform group!!! They are really ENTHUSIASTIC and i think that we should learn from them and prove them wrong! But those that are trying, Keep on going and work harder. Those that are really quiet, lets work hard together kay?? We are all friends! we can open up and be high and enthu together!

Promise?

Okay... enough wif the sad talk:) We nid to bond more! To say the truth, we are like not bonded enough and we should learn from sec 2's!:) Seriously... Do we talk to everyone during guides?? I think we tend to leave the quiet ones out. Although they are quiet, we can still try and engage them in a conversation:) And maybe we can make them >

Ok... next... INITIATIVE! the seniors have high-lighted that yall are not timing enough and taking enough initiative! Yall have been making the same ppl time and i think that all of yall have to try and learn to time:) Can?? ok:) We shall take more initiative and bring guides back to glory!!! woots~!

Anyway... besides all that... there is... of course patrol meetings!!! Okay, i admit that i dun go often so i shall try to do my best to go more often but yall oso must go okay? Then bit by bit we can improve:)

Next... i think that we r trying our best so we should keep up the good work and try even harder:) okay?

HAI PEEPS.

hui jan forced me update so well here i am.
and she only gave me 10 mins to update so its gna be rly short.
so. ytd was SPORTS DAY. so sad yknow. BLUE LOST ): but we got first for the march past i think! :DDD i cheered till i got sore throat! but oh well, i think almost everyone did. (: and i kept disturbing nicole ang! poking her fats and stuff. and this wenxin forced me to take 2 bottles of mineral bottle when i alr had 2! evil peeps. HAHA. hmm. ok. thats all. the blog is now updated. simple right. hui jan you shd be satisfied nowww. byeeee :D
